RESUMO

Objective:To investigate the influential factors of adverse pregnancy outcomes in women with subchorionic hematoma. Methods:A total of 101 women with subchorionic hematoma who received treatment in the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January 2017 to June 2020 were included in this study. They were divided into a control group and an adverse pregnancy outcome group according to whether there was an adverse pregnancy outcome. The epidemiological characteristics, hematoma characteristics observed on ultrasound images, and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in the number of women who used assisted reproductive technology between the control and adverse pregnancy outcome groups [6 (8.0%) vs. 8 (30.7%), χ2 = 8.38, P = 0.004]. There was a significant difference in hematoma volume between adverse pregnancy outcome and control groups [(4.12 ± 0.61) mL vs. (6.36 ± 0.87) mL, t = 6.73, P = 0.009]. There was a significant difference in the number of patients who had obstetric complications between control and adverse pregnancy outcome groups [11 (14.7%) vs. 16 (61.5%), χ2 = 21.66, P = 0.001]. There was a significant difference in the number of patients who had hematomas located at the edge of the placenta between the control and adverse pregnancy outcome groups [15 (20.0%) vs. 12 (46.2%), χ2 = -4.81, P = 0.001]. Conclusion:Women who use assisted reproductive technology for pregnancy, have obstetric complications, or have a subchorionic hematoma with hematoma at the edge of the placenta are more likely to experience a miscarriage. Therefore, women of childbearing age should actively treat the primary disease and be alert to the occurrence of placental abruption.

RESUMO

In order to determine the optimum extracting process of the isoflavone from Dabie Mountain's Pueraria lobata and its reducing power, a 5-level, 4-factor Box-Behnken center-united experiment was conducted on the basis of single factor experiment. The Box-Behnken experiment analyzed and optimized the processing conditions by response surface methodology, and determined the reducing power of the Pueraria Isoflavone's extract under the optimum conditions. The results showed that the extraction rate of the Pueraria Isoflavone was 24.87%, of which the relative error was only 0.4% compared with the predicted value of 24.77%, under the optimum conditions of ethanol concentration 7.5%, liquid-to-solid ratio17.50 mL/g, treatment temperature 94.30°C, treatment time 47.36 min. The experiment also concluded that response surface methodology was suitable for the regression analysis of isoflavone's extraction rate and parameter optimization; the reducing power of Pueraria Isoflavone's EC50 value was 0.098 mg/mL.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE To understand the antibacterial usage among outpatients in our hospital and provide reference for their rational use in clinic treatment.METHODS Totally 18 232 prescriptions in 2007 were investigated and analyzed.RESULTS The rate of antibacterial usage was 21.9% which took up 6.25% of total cost.As for active treatment single drug consisted of 91.21%,two-drugs 9.09%,and three-drugs of 0.55%.CONCLUSIONS The antibiotic service is basically rational.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE To find out the situation of the application of anti-bacterial drugs in liver transplantation perioperative patients and to improve the quality of their usage.METHODS According to the criteria of DDD and DUI recommended by WHO,making a random sampling survey of the application of anti-bacterials in 206 liver transplantation perioperative patients who discharged hospital during Jan-Dec 2006,and then to analyze the rationality of their application.RESULTS Among the 206 patients,100.0% patients had received anti-bacterial drugs involving 13 kinds,137 patients in them used one,31.1% used two and 2.4% used three, and there were twelve in thirteen kinds of drugs whose DUI was no more than one.CONCLUSIONS The survey has proved that the liver transplantation perioperative patients have received rational therapy.

RESUMO

OBJECTIVE To discuss the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of GanKeQing granules.METHODS The antibacterial tests in vitro, and the tests of it′s affects for auricular swelling induced by xylene and celiac capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice were done to observe the pharmaceutical effects of GanKeQing granules.RESULTS GanKeQing granules could inhibit and kill 5 kinds of pathogenic bacteria, suppress the swelling of the mouse′s ear caused by xylene and releave the enhancment of mice capillary permeability caused by acetic acid.CONCLUSIONS GanKeQing granules have better antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, which could be used for the treatment and prevention of cold and flu.
